A beginners sourdough boule and focaccia.

  • All equipment will be provided including apron.

  • We will make a country sourdough boule, sourdough focaccia and some sourdough bread rolls.

  • Some we will start on the day of the workshop and some dough I will have prepped the day before and will have fermented over night in order to show you the various stages in the sourdough process.

  • My classes are max 4 people.

  • A light lunch will be provided including some bread we will bake. Classes usually run from 9.30 to 15.30.

  • I will provide you with all recipes, some starter, a banneton and scraper and bread we will have baked during the day.
